Just to update you all on the progress of AlphaVSS development a little. I was planning to release version 0.8 before christmas, but unfortunately that did not work out. But now we're getting quite close, mostly some testing to do. So if nothing unexpected
happens, version 0.8 should be released before january 1st 2009.
The main difference between 0.8 and 0.7 is support for various versions of windows. The build now produces 6 dlls targeting:
Windows XP x86 and x64
Windows 2003 x86 and x64
Windows Vista/Windows 2008 x86 and x64
The naming of the actual DLL-files has also changed to be a bit more understandable, so they are now called eg. AlphaVSS.Win2003.x86.dll or AlphaVSS.Win2008.Debug.x64.dll
Hope you'll enjoy!
