I've got a Windows2008 R2 server, with Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable installed on it.

I keep getting FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly 'AlphaVSS.60.x64.dll' or one of its dependencies, when calling VssUtils.LoadImplementation()

What am I missing here?

Hard to say without more information. Are your executable and all the AlphaVSS binaries located in the same directory?
