Get drive letter from Original Volume Name.

I need to know the Drive letter from the orriginal volume ID.
So lets say AlphaVSS gives me \\?\Volume{8e2c06d2-8f36-11df-b688-005056c00008}\ as OriginalVolumeName, I need to know that this is drive C:\

I previously did this by comparing the ID part with the Values found in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices.
In most cases this worked fine. But in some cases, it doesn't. (I think if the drive has been replaced/ghosted)

So, what is the way to get the original drive letter for the orriginalvolumename?

Try looking at the Volume-class in AlphaFS. It contains many methods for finding out things about mount points for volumes. What you're looking for should be there.
